If you are on a subscription there are 4 different Kickstart boxes (menu A, B, C and D) which are delivered on alternate weeks.  All boxes contain the ingredients for you to make 7 days' worth of breakfasts, lunches and dinners PLUS 3 delicious The Primal Pantry snack bars.

If you purchase a 'one off' box you will receive only one box which contains the ingredients for you to make 7 days' worth of breakfasts, lunches and dinners PLUS 3 delicious The Primal Pantry snack bars.

Our boxes are delivered every Friday - please note this is an all day delivery so we cannot provide a specific time of delivery.
